Ordering
By Post - Instructions
You
can make payment by UK cheque or postal order.

Download
the Order Form in either Microsoft
Word or Adobe Pdf format. Place your
mouse over the file you wish to download and click the right
mouse button and select Save Link As from the menu. You will
be prompted to chose the location in which to save the file
on
your computer. |

Print
out the Order Form |

3. |
Use
the Online Shop to locate the items you
wish to purchase and write the ORDER CODE, TITLE and PRICE
in the spaces provided on the order form.

Complete
the remaining sections of the Order Form and
send it together with a UK cheque or postal order to:
