Processing of orders
PBS Trading Ltd aim to ship all in-stock items as quickly as possible after receiving your order. In rare instances books may be unavailable from our warehouse. We regret we are not able to supply dates when our suppliers may get an item in stock. Please note that your order may be sent to you in instalments.

Contract for the Supply of Goods:

Under the Consumer Protection Act 1987, Supplier shall not be liable to Customer by reason of any representation - unless fraudulent, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the Contract, for loss of profit or for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever, whether caused by the negligence of Supplier, its employees or agents or otherwise, which arise out of or in connection with the supply of the Goods, including any delay in supplying or any failure to supply the Goods in accordance with the Contract or at all, or their use by Customer, and the entire liability of Supplier under or in connection with the Contract shall not exceed the Price of the Goods, except as expressly provided otherwise in these Conditions. Nothing in these Conditions shall limit the statutory rights of Customer where the Contract is entered into as a consumer transaction.

Illegal Acts:
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order . Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We track the electronic fingerprints of every order placed on PBS Trading Ltd to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.

Governing Law:
Purchases from PBS Trading Ltd are subject to the laws of England and Wales.

Modification of Terms:
PBS Trading Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the PBS Trading Ltd site. These terms and conditions will apply to your order once you have received your confirmation email. They will supercede any other terms and conditions in whatever form given. Returns Policies:
We take great care in the packing and posting of your order. However, should you receive any goods that are faulty or damaged, please return to us within ten days and we will send a replacement as soon as soon as we are in receipt of the goods.

If for any other reason you wish to return goods to us, please do so within ten days and we will credit your card with the cost of the goods once we are in receipt of them. We will not refund the cost of the postage that you were charged when you ordered the goods or the cost of returning the goods to us.
