About PBS Trading

PBS Trading Ltd is the trading operation of the Prayer Book Society (PBS), a registered charity based in England. Members of the Society are united by a desire to uphold the worship and doctrine on the traditional Prayer Book of the Church of England – Thomas Cranmer’s 1662 Book of Common Prayer (BCP).

The Society aims to actively promote the continued use of the BCP. We also seek to secure an increasingly significant role for this hitherto neglected treasure at the heart of the worshipping life of present and future generations of Anglicans. We produce our own publications and promote relevant books from other sources.

All profits are ploughed directly back into the PBS. This enables PBS Trading to assist the Society in two ways: by raising money for it, and by distributing books and publications to advance its cause.

Goods sold by PBS Trading cover a wide range of themes beyond the specific concern of the PBS. Our hope is that they will be of broad appeal to members and friends of the Society, and to all who are interested in our work.
